1. Pan India Shipping

We offer delivery across India via trusted courier partners. Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Punjab.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
• You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once dispatched
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote Locations: May take longer depending on courier access

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen courier delays or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹60 will apply


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or weather issues. If your order is significantly delayed or not delivered within 10 days, please contact us immediately.
